Requirements to Apply: People who live in Northwest Indiana, encompassing Lake, Porter, and LaPorte Counties, will be prioritized in our BOD search. People who live outside will be prioritized on a case-by-case basis.

Strongly Encouraged to Apply: People who identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) and LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer).
