WE HIGHLY RECCOMEND A TRAVEL INSURANCE! It costs aproximately 50 fr. per trip and will protect you in case you need to cancel your trip.

If you have to cancel your trip, no matter for which reason, please note the following cancelling conditions. We highly recommend a travel insurance that covers the fees in case of cancellation.

a) Cancellation more than 2 months before retreat: total refund.
b) Cancellation 60 to 30 days before retreat: 50% of retreat price is due.
c) Cancellation less than 30 days before retreat: all payments are due. There is no refund and all payments are due in any case.
d) See special COVID-19 cancellation conditions below.

COVID-19
If we have to cancel the retreat all together, all payments will be refunded with no exceptions.

In order to reserve your spot in this retreat you must pay a deposit of 250 CHF via IBAN (s. below).
The remaining amount need to be transferred to the same account latest two months prior the start of the retreat. You will receive an email in due time as a reminder if needed.
