Tennis tryouts/practice can begin on Monday, August 14. In order to help us get organized for the season, please complete the enclosed information form. We need all new and returning players to complete the form. Your completion of the form will help us do each of the following:
- Develop our practice plan for the season
- Work with BSN, the SMSD approved uniform vendor
- Set our match schedule
If you plan to continue to play USTA (L4s over Labor Day weekend or L3s the weekend of Sept. 9) events through early September, go ahead and complete this form and get your KSHSAA and SMSD paperwork completed. You also need to reach out to me to discuss your plans - ihgibbs@smsd.org.

TRYOUT REQUIREMENTSIn order to participate in tryouts, you must have your physical form turned into the SME Athletic Department secretary and the online athletic packet completed in Skyward (it's part of the online verification). You cannot participate until your physical form and the online athletic packet in both students and parent/guardian Skyward accounts are complete.
