#100GirlsLeading envisions a future where girls are free to engage in passion-based careers and not intimidated to adapt to the world’s expectations of them.

We connect underserved girls with career mentors and mentoring programs of their choice that reflect their passions and career interests through hosting school tours, workshops, and live events.

For two years, #100GirlsLeading impacted over 800 girls at our events and gave young attendees access to mentors and mentoring programs in the Connecticut area.  We also developed a 2020 workshop collaboration with Girls With Impact to teach girls how to create a passion-based business, and as acts of service, we co-led racial justice marches, food drives, and back-to-school giveaways.
