In alignment with their mission to lower barriers to entry, Notre Dame High School and FRC 1967 have generously agreed to sponsor the WRRF Conference attendance fee for up to twenty (20) attendees.

To apply, please fill out the form below. Teams that intend to attend only one competition this season will receive priority. By "intend', we mean that you are planning to attend only one - not that you have registered for two or more but are still waiting to hear back on some of them. We will verify your competition registration status via the FIRST team database and The Blue Alliance.

If multiple teams qualify, the sponsorship will be distributed amongst all of them - for example, if two teams qualify, then up to 10 of each of the teams' attendees can attend the event for free. If an odd number of teams qualify, then sponsorship will be distributed based on percentage to the best of our ability. For example, if Team A with 2 attending members, Team B with 2 attending members, and Team C with 4 attending members all qualify, Teams A and B would receive 1 sponsored admission each, while Team C would receive 2, so that all qualifying teams have 50% of their attending members covered.

Also, the sponsorship only applies to teams who are paying for all of their attending team members using their team / school funds. If you are attending as an individual, or if you are having all of your attending team members pay out of their own pockets, then you / your team does not qualify.

Your responses will be shared only within the WRRF Conference planning committee and the host site contacts (1967's lead mentors), and will be used solely for the purposes of determining eligibility for this sponsorship.
