Beltane Festival Production Crew 2020
We would not feel right if you were not made aware at the outset that we find ourselves having to collect an £80 DEPOSIT (https://www.intothewildgathering.com/copy-of-deposits-payments) before we can consider your application for a volunteer position at any of our events. This is due to people making commitments they cannot fulfill.

If your application is not accepted, your deposit will be refunded immediately. If you give four full weeks notice, your deposit will be returned. If you find yourself unable to keep your promise after that grace period, (due to illness, change of plans, etc.) you must find a replacement for your position or your deposit will not be refunded. We will return your deposits within 21 business days following completion of the festival.

This is a new, very essential position at our festivals. You will work closely with the Production Manager and the Director of Communications, based in the production tent.

Making and distributing copies of essential communication, signs, laminating, providing instructions and meal vouchers to crew and other individuals assigned vouchers as well as crew check in are a few of the duties you will be expected to perform.

A driving license and car useful but not essential, however—please be aware that we do need runners (MUST have car and insurance) and this is a paid position.

In return for 20 hours of work during festival, you will be provided with all meals, plus the opportunity for paid hours should your services prove needed (beyond the 20 hours) & exemplary.

You'd need to be on site by 11.00 on Wednesday, 6 May 3 though Sunday, 10 May.

To apply, please fill in the form.  Short answers are best.

We hope you can come join the team!
