Volunteer to be a Program Mentor
Thank you for so generously offering your time! You can volunteer to be a mentor for an Authenticity Project fellow by completing the following form. Please submit:

- an informal statement that addresses your background and interest in the program (300 word limit)
- a very brief list of your interests and areas of expertise, so we can match you with a fellow
- a link to your online resumé, CV, or bio/professional profile
- a letter of support from your supervisor (encouraged but not required)

You will be contacted in late April if selected to participate.

Letter of Support
Because participation in the program may require 1-2 hours per week in the form of training sessions or conversations between mentor and fellow, a brief statement from the participant's supervisor is requested. This statement should acknowledge that participation in the program has been undertaken with the supervisor's full knowledge and support, and address how this opportunity may be beneficial to both the individual participating and their workplace.
