Meal Service Survey
In an effort to support families, we will begin serving breakfast and lunch to children between the ages of 0 and 18 at Hudson Elementary, 9825 Hudson Ave., Webster Groves, MO 63119 on March 23, 2020. This program will continue as long as the district is closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Breakfast and lunch will be available for children from 10:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Delivery during that same time frame will also be an option (see below).  The meals will be packaged as “to go” meals. Children will be able to pick up a breakfast for the following day when they pick up lunch. Meals should not be consumed on site.

So we can ensure we have enough meals prepared, we are asking anyone who is interested in breakfast and/or lunch to respond to this survey.  If you prefer to share this information over the phone, you may also call 314-918-4156 and leave a message.
