This survey is designed to understand the needs and future plans of individuals and families directly impacted by the changing energy sector in Northwest Colorado. The Colorado Workforce system, Colorado Northwestern Community College, Office of Just Transition, employers and other state and local government offices will use the results of this survey to create transition supports. Your answers will drive important decisions.
The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete. Your responses will be anonymous, meaning no individual responses will be able to be tied back to you. Data from these surveys will be reviewed and reported in aggregate form, which means no one will know how any individual responded.
Survey results are being collected by the Office of Just Transition and will be analyzed, and you will be invited to review the summary of results in early 2023.

If you are completing the paper version of this survey, please complete the survey, place it in the envelope provided, and seal it. The Office of Just Transition will have a representative to collect paper responses from each workplace.
