Please note that our Pima County programs and one of our Monday programs will run concurrently. We hope this helps families who have children spanning different ages/grades. For days where we cannot run concurrent programs we have had to come up with an alternative plan for those that may have children that span multiple ages/grades. We recommend registering for the program that fits most of your children(s) ages/grades. If there is an older sibling(s) in the family we will have some alternative activities planned for them to make sure they are staying engaged, and based on how many older siblings there are we may have 2 different learning activities and split the group between the 2 Stewards for those. You will need to pay the full class tuition for the older sibling(s). If there is a younger sibling(s) in the family they are welcome to tag along at no cost and they can participate in the learning activities when they are able to. We will have some items on hand that will help occupy them (like our loose parts). If you would like the younger sibling(s) to receive all handouts, participate in craft/art projects, etc. we will ask that you pay a supply fee to help us cover these costs. Our ages/grades for each program are recommendations and we trust that you know what content level your child(ren) can handle. So we are ultimately leaving the program selection up to the parents to decide. If you are unsure about which program would be best for your child(ren) please reach out to us via text, phone or email.

Here is an example: The Johnson's have a 4, 6 and 10 yr old. The Johnson's would want to register for the Adventurer's program since their childrens ages/grades are very close to our recommendations for that program. The Johnson's would pay 2 tuition's. The 4 yr old can attend at no cost, or if they want the 4 yr old to receive all handouts, participate in the crafts/arts projects, etc. they can pay the supply fee for that child.

Please complete this registration form and waiver and send your payment via friends/family to PayPal address ecoexplorersatl@gmail.com. We also accept ESA and are an approved vendor on Class Wallet.

Your child's (ren's) enrollment is not guaranteed until payment is received. All registrations are final, no refunds or transfers will be issued. You will find the policies and a waiver on the second page of this registration form.

After we receive your registration and payment we will send you a registration confirmation within 48 hours via email, which will include a link to join our secret Google Classroom group (you will only remain in the group for as long as your child(ren) are registered in the program). We will share updates about what your children are learning and photos of our experiences during the classes. It is also a good place for you to ask any questions you may have and communicate with other parents. This email confirmation will also include a schedule, ECO Leaders contact information and other important information.

Please email us with any questions you may have and/or with any issues regarding the registration process at:  ecoexplorersatl@gmail.com you can also send a text to Kathy at 678-457-0802
