The Fall Gala is a celebration of our triumphs from the past year and provides essential funds for the continued enrichment of our programs and community. This year's event will be held at SoDo Park (3200 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98134) on Saturday, November 16, 2019.

Volunteers must arrive at 3:00pm on the 16th for a mandatory training session at the venue. You MUST be able to attend this session in order to be a volunteer at this event (Truck Loading & Unloading, Set-Up, and Clean Up Crew members are exempt from this requirement).

JOB DESCRIPTIONS & SHIFT CHOICES
All jobs are for Saturday, November 16, 2019.

Note: Volunteers must arrive at 3:00pm on the 16th for a mandatory training session at the venue. You MUST be able to attend this session in order to be a volunteer at this event (Truck Loading & Unloading, Set-Up, and Clean Up Crew members are exempt from this requirement).

 • Truck Loading: Help load up the truck at RCRC HQ in the Central District the morning of the Gala
 • Set-Up Crew: Help get tables ready and set up the check-in/out area
 • Front Desk:  Check attendees in and out using our auction software
 • Game Runners: Help facilitate games throughout evening (Youth or Adult RCRC participants preferred in this role)
 • Photographer: Take candid photos throughout the event
 • Runner: Tally up silent auction bids & dessert dash; retrieve won items for guests
 • Volunteer Food Runner: Pick up Gala volunteers' dinner and deliver it to SoDo Park
 • Recorder: Note Raise the Record amounts & bid numbers as well as the winning amounts & bid numbers for live auction items
 • Clean Up Crew: Help clean up
 • Truck Unloading: Help unload the truck at RCRC HQ in the Central District after the Gala
