Payment:
Participants out of Kuala Lumpur area or overseas that are required to make travel arrangement are advised to call Biorehab before making any air-travels and hotel arrangements. Biorehab shall not be liable for any loss or damage, costs or additional charges that may arise from the failure to confirm with us before making such arrangements.
An invoice will be emailed to you upon acceptance of the Registration Form. An invoice shall be issued upon receipt of your registration form. Payment is required by the early bird rate closing date or other dates stated on the invoice, whichever is applicable. Full payment is expected prior to the commencement of the course. We reserve the right to refuse admission for registration that remains unpaid. All payments must be banked into the organizer's bank account and email payment slip as proof of payment. All confirmation of registration are non refundable. If you couldn't make it to the course, an eligible substitute is allowed to replace you. Please contact organiser directly to make the arrangement.
ORGANISER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any program or course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that, the organizer cancels a program or course, a full refund of the amount paid for the program or course will be issued or applied as a credit toward a rescheduled program or course.
We cannot and do not assume responsibility for any other costs (i.e. non-refundable airline tickets or hotel reservations) or damages (including consequential, exemplary, incidental, or tort damages) or for any lost profits resulting from the rescheduling or cancelling a program or course.
