Little Bulb - Diversity and Inclusion Monitoring Form
This form is designed to collect anonymised data for Little Bulb to understand where the company is now in relation to some protected characteristics. Widening the team presents an opportunity for Little Bulb to benefit from new and diverse perspectives. This data will help Little Bulb to create an Inclusion Action Plan which will be about how Little Bulb can best care for company members, and become a more inclusive company in the future.
If you have any questions about how these questions were formulated or how the data will be used, you can email Little Bulb's producer Fiona Baxter at
fi@fionabaxter.co.uk
who is happy to talk to you in confidence.
