Grocery Box Order Form - $40 per box

Feed Evansville Grocery Buying Service. Purchase a Weekly Grocery Box at a Bulk Discount Rate. $40 per Box feeds 2 adults & 2 children. The contents of the box will change each week! Cooked hamburger patties, cheese pizza, box oatmeal creme pies, loaf wheat bread, dozen large eggs, half gallon milk!

ORDER FORMS are DUE Friday 2:00pm of each week and grocery boxes will be delivered the following Monday 3:00pm-5:00pm.
