Welcome to the Alhambra Elementary Visual and Performing Arts Program (VAPA)!

As we start the school year in distance learning, we will be providing Music and Drama instruction to students. All 4th and 5th grade students are required to enroll in a VAPA Class. 6th-8th grade students have the option of being enrolled in a VAPA class during their UA time. If you are enrolling your child(ren), please complete all the information requested.

If you currently have a school instrument and are planning on continuing on that instrument, hold onto it if you plan on enrolling in music again this year.

Due to COVID-19, we will not be distributing new instruments at the beginning of the year until we can safely clean and distribute them.

Note to 4th and 5th Graders:  Unless you have been playing a band or string instrument for one or more years, do not rent or purchase an instrument until instructed by the music teacher.

¡Bienvenido al Programa de Artes Visuales y Escénicas de la Primaria Alhambra (VAPA)!

Al comenzar el año escolar en aprendizaje a distancia, brindaremos instrucción de música y arte dramático a los estudiantes. Todos los estudiantes de cuarto y quinto grado deben inscribirse en una clase VAPA. Los estudiantes de 6º a 8º grado tienen la opción de inscribirse en una clase VAPA durante su tiempo de UA. Si está inscribiendo a su (s) hijo (s), complete toda la información solicitada.

Si actualmente tiene un instrumento escolar y planea continuar con ese instrumento, consérvelo si planea inscribirse en la música nuevamente este año.

Debido a COVID-19, no distribuiremos nuevos instrumentos a principios de año hasta que podamos limpiarlos y distribuirlos de manera segura.

Nota para los alumnos de 4º y 5º grado: A menos que haya estado tocando una banda o un instrumento de cuerda durante uno o más años, no alquile ni compre un instrumento hasta que se lo indique el maestro de música.
