The Purim mitzvah of Matanot LaEvyonim, gifts to those in need, is a powerful reminder that in times of joy and celebration, we must do our part to support our community and repair the world. A Purim gift to Yad Chessed means 1,000 families facing food insecurity and financial hardship will have food on Purim Day and will feel the warmth of their community. 

Do more with your gift by honoring your loved ones this Purim! When you make a gift of $180 or more, Yad Chessed will send up to 10 emails to family and friends acknowledging that a gift has been made in their honor to fulfill the mitzvah of Matanot LaEvyonim. Not only will your gift provide food for people in need, you will also be helping us spread the word about our vital services. 

1. Make your gift at yadchessed.org/Purim2023. If you are completing your gift via Donor Advised Fund or Qualified Charitable Distribution, please note "Purim IHO" in the memo line.
2. Complete this form with the name and email addresses of the recipients you wish to honor and we will send them a festive notification email before Purim begins. 
3. To guarantee that your recipients receive the acknowledgement before Purim begins, please submit this form by Thursday, March 2.
