As an Event Director you represent Wayfinder as an organization within your staff pool. As such, you may have to work closely with people who you have personal discomforts with. Is this something you feel capable of doing in a professional manner (consider that you will be these people’s direct supervisor) while making a safe and comfortable workspace for everyone involved? *
