FEE INFORMATION
Crafter/Direct Sales/Small Food
$70.00 per 12'x12' space. An email invoice will be sent via Square for credit card payment. Payment in full is required to be accepted to the fair. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE**.
Non-Profit
$70 refundable security deposit fee per 12'x12' space. An email invoice will be sent via Square for credit card payment. Security deposit in full is required to be accepted to the fair. Upon your attendance at the Apple Country Fair, your security deposit will be refunded in full, by October 31, 2024. Please note that we will no longer hold deposits over for the following year's fair.
**The Brookfield Community Club will try - within reason - to backfill spaces for vendors that need to cancel. If we are able to fill a vacated spot, a refund will be made to the original vendor via the original payment method.
DEADLINE: Applications will be accepted until all spaces are filled. All spaces are reserved for returning applicants until March 31, 2024. Starting on April 1st, spaces will be filled at the discretion of the Brookfield Community Club.
NEW FOR 2024: We will be partnering with Brookfield's The Clam Box to offer our vendors a box lunch at the fair. Pre-orders will be required. Info will go out in the September 1st email with all of your need-to-know fair info.
