Spain Roommate Request Form 2023-24
Spain Trip Students:

Please use this google form to complete your roommate requests.

As a reminder, it is very important you communicate in advance with the individuals you request as roommates. Students must mutually request each other. NO COUPLES, please be honest!!!

 All roommates must agree on rooming assignments and require parental/guardian approval.

Use the next to questions to rank in order (1 being first pick, and 2 being second) the two students you would like to REQUEST to share a hotel room with in Madrid. Please understand that this is not a guarantee, but rather just a request. Make sure your #1 pick is the person you MOST want to share a room with.

You can room with other students in your music group (choir w/choir, orch w/orch, band w/band), OR you can mix it up (band with choir, etc).  This is up to you... we're all staying in the same hotel with the same itinerary.
