How to return items if you chose exchange as the solution:

(If you wish to receive a gift card or the correct item at a discounted price please ignore this part, because you can keep the wrong item, just let us know when you fill out this form and we will process your request.)

We will order a pick-up service to come to your address of choice to collect the parcel with items you wish to return to us for exchange. The pick-up service will be provided by Fan Courier International.

Please send us the following details on our e-mail address info@lelosi.ro and we will order the pick-up service for you:

- personal details (name and surname)
- exact address where you wish the parcel to be picked up
- the date when you wish the pick-up to be done
- contact person
- phone number
- a list of items that you are returning
- packing of returned items (example: envelope, small box)
- approximate weight of parcel you prepared for return

Be sure to sign the envelope or box you are returning. Attention: If we receive a package without any information about the sender, we will not be able to resolve the application.

Once we receive your package and review the content, the exchange will be processed within 14 business days.
