6th Annual Holiday Bazaar
WHEN: Saturday, November 25th
WHERE: The History Center (800 2nd Ave SE).  
TIME: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.  
You will have room for ONE 6 to 8 foot table.  You will need to supply your own table and linens.  
Space is very limited.
Set up begins at 8:00 a.m.
Vendor booths are $35 (non-refundable).

If payment is not received within 24 hours of the invoice, your spot will be giving to the next person in line. Acceptable forms of payment are Paypal, check and credit card. Checks can be made out to The History Center and sent to 800 2nd Ave SE Cedar Rapids, IA  52403. There will be no refunds. If sending a check, please email immediately after filling out the form to hold your spot. Confirmation & Waiting List Emails will be sent within 24 BUSINESS hours of filling out the form. Final details email will be sent out the week of event with all of the information you may need. Submitting this form does not reserve your space for the event. Your space is guaranteed upon payment received. By typing your name below, you are agreeing to vend at this event and agree to all terms.
