Refund Policy and Procedures *

Official registration is not complete until payment has been received. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made no later than June 13, 2025. Refunds will be total amount minus credit card processing fees. All winnings will be redeemed as pro shop credits. Pro shop credits must be redeemed by November 1, 2025 or they will be donated to Oquirrh Hills Junior Golf Programs. Special orders must be sent to codyl@tooelecity.org by October 1,2025. Special orders may be placed from select vendors the pro shop currently has accounts with. Examples: Titleist, Taylormade, Ping, Callaway, Cleveland, Mizuno, Bushnell and more. Special orders will be retail price, plus any additional taxes and shipping costs.
