Welcome to Mira Costa - A GRAMMY Gold Signature School

Registration is required for all students who are new or continuing in concert ensemble, marching band and/or colorguard.

REGISTRATION NOTES & INSTRUCTIONS:

1.  The Parent Information Packet will be provided at a later date.

2.  Complete this online registration google form which should take about 15 minutes.  What you need handy to complete this form:  You will need to provide your medical insurance information.  Also, you will need to provide a serial number if you already have a borrowed instrument at home.

3.  At this time we also collecting a fair share.  See https://miracostabands.com/parents/

4.  For those in marching band and colorguard, a physical is NOT required

5.   Parents can stay in contact with us by signing up for the email blast (on the “Contact” tab on our website, www.MiraCostaBands.com).

6.  Please complete this form for every student, i.e. if you have 2 siblings in the band, you will need to fill this form twice.

5. You will receive a confirmation email with Subject  "Registration Form" after submitting this Google Form.
