This is the booking form to attend the 11 am service at St. Mary's on Sunday 20th September 2020.
Due to the current coronavirus pandemic and the need to socially distance, attendance will be limited to a maximum of 40 people.
Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis - and bookings are needed by 4pm on Friday 18th September.
