Do you want to know yourself better? Besides MBTI test, have you ever heard of the DISC test? 
Would you like to understand how companies use the DISC test to help develop their teams?

講師廖珮均(現職瑞士商弗克司股份有限公司人力資源策略夥伴)，將協助同學透過DISC性格測驗更加了解自己，以及在找到自身的優勢後，如何將其運用在求職或是工作上。
The invited lecturer Pei Chun Liao is our alumni and currently working as the HRBP in Fox Factory. She will offer guidance to help you get to know more about yourselves by using DISC assessment. After knowing your personal traits and work personalities, tips will then be given on how your advantages can be optimized when seeking jobs or at the workplace.
