Welcome to Recovery Meet-Ups!
Recovery Meet-Ups allows high school students who are struggling with an eating disorder or disordered eating to pursue recovery through weekly virtual Zoom “Meet-Ups”. Meet-Ups are facilitated by high schoolers or Meet-Up Mentors, who are passionate about mental health or community service. Mentors help to guide each cohort of students through pre-scripted questions, open process time, exchanges of advice and helpful coping techniques, and student-led initiatives. Recovery Meet-Ups aims to bring participants greater self-compassion and courage to battle their eating disorders and pursue a truly fulfilling life.
