I am so passionate about this journey because of what I experienced and what my clients have experienced has me even more fired up!

In January of 2021 I was struggling with gut issues, stress, bloating, weigh gain and inflammation. My doctor recommended I remove sugar, alcohol, add more greens, tweak/track my nutrition and add some specific supplements for 28 days. I was completely blown away by all the benefits that were provided from this journey, like blown away. The first ten days were very hard but the hard was so worth the benefits of healing.  I found myself with glowing skin, losing weight, ridding my bloat, improved clarity along with focus, better sleep, managing my stress better and I was just blown away by how incredible I felt in my own body.  

A team of doctors, gut health experts, nutritionalist, licensed dietitians along with one of the trainers I am partnered with created a brand new 4 week program called The Gut Health Protocol in hopes it can help provide healing and benefits for those that are struggling with all the things I once was and I am beyond excited to be teamed up with all of these incredibly knowledgable professionals to help my clients with all the tools, resources, support, community and accountability so that they can begin their own healing journey!  The men and women that tested this program out have gotten just as incredible results as I have the only difference is they didn't have to invest thousands of dollars like I did to heal and they received a lot more support along with resources for their journey.

As far as workouts you can continue the workouts you are doing, but I recommend you follow the low impact workouts that are provided for you or you can commit to walking each day!  I can help you figure out the best option for you and your body.

Feel free to invite a friend, sister neighbor or co worker to join us!  It is a proven fact that my clients that join with someone they spend time with outside my Accountability Group have higher success rates on their journeys so why not to commit to this 28 day journey with someone else you would love to feel as good as you will!
