BPRA AGM Motion Form
Motions will be be accepted by the BPRA Board until April 12th, 2023.

All motions will be reviewed by the BPRA Board prior to being included on the AGM agenda. The person submitting the motion will be notified prior to the AGM if additional feedback or clarification is required.

If supporting documents are required for the motion, they must be provided by the deadline noted above (please email to bpringette.secretary@gmail.com).

Information on Motions at the BPRA AGM:
  • The person making the motion will be allowed a maximum of five minutes to provide additional context to the motion. 
  • An open discussion may then occur (maximum of 5 minutes).
  • If applicable, members will then vote on the motion.
