Language Leisure Classes - Conditions of agreement-When signing this agreement, TR Sports and the aforementioned named person agree to the following terms and conditions, which apply throughout the entire contract length. Language course enrolment. The course requires you to pay the full amount up front prior to the course starting. In the event of any of these adult language classes being cancelled due to a pandemic or restrictions, a full refund for any remaining classes will be issued. If your chosen course had to be cancelled due to insufficient numbers after the enrolment period has concluded, a full refund will be made. Once you have made payment for the course, this confirms your place. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If the course is cancelled, we will delete this form. All forms are stored within a secure Google account and documents are kept for a limited time period in line with the college GDPR policies. We may have to increase the fee if there are less than 8 people in any group. We would notify customers prior to the start date. Your Commitment 1. The class member must inform TR Sports if they have medical condition that may affect their ability to undertake the classes. 2. The member agrees to pay the full fee (non-refundable) for the duration of the membership regardless of the level of attendance made by the member. 3. You must not: a) Abuse the equipment at TRC (Any deliberate damage is chargeable to the individual; b) Behave in a violent or rude manner towards members or staff; c) Smoke in any parts of TRC; d) Bring alcohol, drugs or other mood-altering substances into TRC. e) Use facilities whilst under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or other mood-altering substances. Our Commitment 1.To maintain the highest standards we may occasionally need to carry out repairs. We will inform customers in advance of any maintenance work that may prevent access to parts or all the facilities or access to IT equipment. 2.Cancelled classes caused by repairs, staff illness or snow will result in an additional class being added to the end of the course. 3.We will compensate members for any loss or damage you may suffer should we fail to carry out obligations under this agreement to a reasonable standard. This also applies if we break any duties enforced upon us by law unless this failure is due to: Your own fault, another person or company not associated with TRC; events that neither us nor our suppliers could have expected even if we had taken all reasonable care. 4. We are not insured for any loss, damage or theft of your personal property whilst on our premises. 5. We keep your details for the contract term set up for the language leisure classes you will be attending, in line with the college GDPR policy. 6. We will where possible notify members in advance of any changes to conditions opening hours or facilities. 7. We can change, withdraw or add to these conditions at any time, change certain facilities at our discretion. College Safeguarding terms The college has a safeguarding policy accessible via the internet. Members of the language leisure classes are to confine themselves to the language class areas for these classes and not use the rest of the site or maintain conversations with daytime students beyond the basic terms of social politeness. All users of the sports centre facilities for the language leisure classes are to report any concerns in terms of safeguarding to a member of staff. If any interactions with daytime students cause members concern, they should report this to the sports centre reception desk, who will in turn inform the college safeguarding team.
