I understand that my child is expected to be respectful of others and of church property at all times. No fighting, swearing, or other disrespectful behavior will be tolerated. In the event that my child misbehaves frequently and cannot be corrected through the Baxley Church of God Discipline Guidelines, he/she will not be allowed to ride the bus and/or participate in church activities for a set number of weeks.  I release the Baxley Church of God and its members from responsibility for accident/injury incurred while my child is in their care. *
