Thank you for considering adopting a RUFF Rescue Tucson rescue animal!!  We look forward to meeting with you.  By filling out this online adoption application, you agree that all of the information you provide is true and complete.  This dog will reside in your home as a pet.  You will provide it with quality dog food, plenty of fresh water, indoor shelter, affection, annual physical examinations and vaccinations under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian.
