Please complete this form to recognize a 2021 Senior at JCHS. Each Senior can be recognized one time during spring semester. Please complete the form below and you will be contacted about submitting a photo. Once the photo and complete information have been submitted we will post a social media graphic on our JCHS Facebook page. Our "Senior Spotlight" will be posted each Wednesday at 8 p.m. beginning March 3rd.

Please list all acceptances from business/job, job training program, schools or military branch (each student can receive only one social media post so please make sure all acceptance offers have been received)

Email address- an email will be sent asking for a school appropriate photo of the senior
