本中心因報名原因而必須透過Google form平台進行個人資料收集及處理，根據澳門第8/2005號法律《個人資料保護法》規定，中心聲明如下：
*報名人或報讀學員向英姿舞蹈藝術教育中心提供之個人資料只會用於報名登記及學生資料庫存的相關用途。
* 中心人員將妥善保密及處理以上報名資料。
* 報讀學員有權根據澳第8/2005號法律《個人資料保護法》第11條規定申請查閱、更正或更新存於英姿舞蹈藝術教育中心的個人資料。
Ieng Chi Dance Education Centre has to collect and use your personal information via google form due to registration purposes, with the following declaration made according to Law no. 8/2005 "Act of Personal Data Protection" in Macao,
* the personal information of the applicant/student will be used for the purposes of registration and student info archive ONLY.
*Your registered information will be kept confidential and used with caution for the above purposes only.
*The applicant/student has the right to contact Ieng Chi Dance Education Center to review, edit or update his/her personal information according to Item 11 of Law no 8/2005 "Act of Personal Data Protection" in Macao.
