Biscuits and Gravy Cook-off For Home Chefs
Do you have the best gravy recipe for biscuits and gravy?

Enter our public biscuits and gravy competition for home chefs at The Hall!

It looks like this:

The first three cookoffs are open to the public. They are as follows:

- Round 1 Saturday, October 26th at 10am
- Round 2 Saturday, November 30th at 10am
- Round 3 Saturday, December 28th at 10am
- FINAL COMPETITION Saturday, January 18th at 10am

We will announce the 4 competitors and 2 alternates 2 weeks in advance.

ONE competitor will be named the winner from each month. The winners from each month will then battle it out against a professional chef on January 18th.

Voting during the first 3 months will be done by a panel of professional judges. The final competition will be judged and voted by people’s choice.

Nitty-gritty details:

- Filling out this form enters you for either October, November, or December.
- 4 people will be selected each month to compete, and 2 alternatives will be notified each month. If you don't get selected, your name will stay in the drawing for the remaining months.
- You MUST cook your recipe at The Kitchen DSM/Justice League of Food.
- We'll buy the ingredients for you to use.
- Emphasis is on the gravy - everyone participating is getting the same biscuit.
