Treasure Chest Breastfeeding Group in York is a small, volunteer-led organisation committed to supporting local families with breastfeeding. We have launched this survey because we want to hear what families think about our services. Your feedback will help us to know what works well and where improvements can be made. Knowing what our service users think can also help us when we apply for funding from external sources.

This survey is for families who have used any service offered by Treasure Chest in the York area. This includes any or all of the following:

- Antenatal breastfeeding workshop

- Facebook ‘Treasure Chest & Beyond’ group

- Speaking to a Peer Supporter in York hospital

- In person drop-in group

- Online Zoom group

- Funded one-to-one consultation with a lactation consultant 

- Postnatal workshop (e.g. focused on introducing solids)

For the purposes of this survey, the term ‘breastfeeding’ is to be read inclusively to also mean ‘chestfeeding’.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
