Dates: Every Saturday from May 20 - Sept 2
Times: 11am - 3pm
Price: $15 for KIAC members, $20 non-members (Annual KIAC Membership costs $25), FREE for Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in and Yukon First Nation Citizens

Special Arts Fest Market
Location: Community Events / Picnic Shelter, Front Street
Dates: Sat June 3 & Sun June 4
Times: 1-6pm, both days. Vendors can still be present for 11am-1pm on Sat if they choose.
Price: $20 members, $30 non-members (per day), FREE for Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in and Yukon First Nation Citizens
Capacity: 15 vendors

25th Anniversary of Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in Self-Governance
Location: Community Events / Picnic Shelter, Front Street
Dates: Thurs July 14 - Sun July 16
Join the celebrations for a special market organized by TH. Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in and First Nations artists will be prioritized, with room for non-First Nation artists if there is space remaining. To sign up contact kate.marks@trondek.ca

Our aim is to support local artists and makers and as such only original art, craft, and handmade goods may be sold. Some food items, mass-produced or imported items, illegal items and culturally appropriative items are not permitted. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

Registration and Payment:
- Registration is on a first-come first-served basis.
- If you are having problems with this form, you can call 867-993-5005 or email admin@kiac.ca to sign up.
- Payment in advance is required to reserve your table (you can pay with cash, credit, or debit card in person at the KIAC office M-F 9-5pm, or with credit card online at this link: https://checkout.square.site/merchant/50X10RG6F8RE8/checkout/KGHSVWAHLA3YP5CFVXCAYDCM)
- Under special circumstances, if you cannot pay in advance you may be able to pay with cash (exact change) at the Artist Market. Contact us in advance to arrange this.
- You may only register for ONE table per vendor in advance. IF there is an extra table available the week leading up to the market, then you may book an extra table.

Volunteer duties including picking up a key from KIAC, showing up at 10am to unlock the box with tables & chairs, light cleaning, and locking the box at the end of the Market. Table fees are waived for volunteers.

Vendors may sell some food items alongside other art/craft items, as long as it is less than 25% of your table, and it is food that does not require a food permit to sell. Layout and Supplies:
-KIAC provides 1 table and 1 chair per vendor
-Tables are 6ft x 2.5ft (approx.)
-Vendors must assist with setting up and putting away their own table
-Artists provide their own table coverings + any display items that you will need.
-Consider adding signage with clear information (prices, materials, ingredients, uses etc) that you would like to share with shoppers.
-Power is available (bring your own extension cord or power-bar)
-There is no wall space, as the sides of the building are open
-Vendors will sit at their own table and make their own sales
-Bring your own float and/or Square
-Set up time for vendors is between 10 - 11am
