New: You will not be allowed to pick up any music until you have filled out this form!

Not-so-new: More than 3 missed rehearsals in a term requires permission from the director to continue!

Start date: Tuesday, January 10, at 7pm
Please aim to arrive by 6:45 on the first night to help with distribution of music.
 
Bring: 
- a binder or folder to hold music, 
- a pencil (please only use pencil in music, no pens, highlighters etc.) 
- a water bottle to stay hydrated

Rehearsals: Tuesdays from 7pm - 9pm at Three Oaks Senior High, 10 Kenmoore Ave, Summerside. 

Covid Protocols: We are mask friendly and welcome your choice to wear a mask! If you have tested negative, but have the sniffles and feel well enough to attend rehearsal (not a full blown cold or any Covid-19 symptoms), please wear a mask. If you test positive for Covid, or generally feel unwell, please stay home and follow the current CPHO protocols. All choir communication occurs through email. 

If a choir rehearsal is cancelled, an email will be sent by 5pm on the day of the rehearsal. It is your responsibility to check your email (or with another choir member) at 5pm to make sure rehearsal has not been cancelled.

We may also occassionally try to reach you by another method. If you wish to be contacted by anything other than email, please provide a phone number at which you can:
- receive phone calls/voice mails (e.g. 902-555-555) if we can reach you by voice
- receive SMS text messages (e.g. 902-555-555) if we can reach you by SMS

All participants must self-monitor for symptoms and refrain from attending if they have concerns about possible COVID-19 exposure or possible symptoms.
Symptoms of COVID-19 include:


cough (new or exacerbated chronic)

headache

fever/chills

sore throat

marked fatigue

sneezing

congestion

body aches

runny nose


Anyone developing symptoms of COVID-19 while attending the rehearsal must immediately perform hand hygiene, avoid contact with others, and leave as soon as it is safe to do so. Please call 811 to arrange testing, or go to a test-site.

If the test results are negative for COVID-19 but the participant remains ill and/or symptomatic, they should not attend until symptoms are resolved.
