Has yin yoga been a practice that has challenged you, fulfilled you and helped you discover more about yourself? Are you ready to deepen those moments and provide them for others in your community?

If you answered yes, then it is time to add some tools to your Seat of the Teacher box and learn how to safely and intentionally guide students through yin yoga classes. Discover the principles, benefits and sequencing techniques, while rooting your teachings in the philosophical underpinnings of the yogic practice. This is a three-month 70 hour certification that will provide you with the tools needed to fully commit to your yin yoga practice and to lead your community in this introspective, meditative practice.

This training is in-studio and is open to yoga teachers, teachers in-training and other movement facilitators/therapists.

There is a $10 registration fee, due asap to hold your spot in the program.

Payment Plan: This is a monthly installment payment plan; there are 3 payments of $195.00. The tuition payment plan begins the first day the payment is taken and will remain in place until all three payments are completed. Your credit card will be charged automatically monthly, on the 1st of each month.
