ProComp Trust Board - Community Member

The ProComp Trust Board is seeking a new community member to join the Trust Board. This position will hold three (3) year terms, starting in fiscal year 2024-2025 and ending in fiscal year 2026-2027 (approximately Sep 2024 through Jun 2027).

Time commitment: The Board has 4 meetings per year, usually held virtually via Google Meet, with some email communication throughout the year.

Community Trustees should have background in financial matters and professional qualification in such matters (37-5-1-2). Do you have the appropriate background?

There will be training provided to new community members with regards to understanding the fiduciary responsibilities of the ProComp Trust.

 37-5-1-2 states: “…The community members appointed to the Trust Board shall have substantial professional qualification in financial matters. Members shall serve three-year terms.”
