Pritzker School of Medicine Societies – Coggeshall, Huggins, Lewis, and Rowley all have funding to spend on social events and initiatives for their society members. Each society has $700 to spend in each quarter (Autumn, Winter, and Spring). Within each quarter, the $700 must be spent on a minimum of two (2) events for society members. Any remaining funding in a quarter does not rollover to the next quarter.

Starting Spring Quarter 2024, pre-approval is already granted for Society Leadership spending their society’s budget ($700/quarter). If a non-society leader is submitting for reimbursement on behalf of society leadership, please let us know in advance at pritzkerstudentaffairs@bsd.uchicago.edu .

Reimbursement requests will be completed in the order they are submitted (for eligible purchases only), up to the $700. All Society leaders have been provided the reimbursement policy that details this further. Reach out with questions.
