APPROVAL - Advanced approval is required for all digital screening platforms and streaming sites made available to the SAG Awards TV Nominating Committee. Studios/networks making their nominated projects available digitally may do so by either choosing a pre-approved platform or getting SAG Awards approval of their platform or streaming site.
AWARDS PINS - All eligible SAG-AFTRA members are assigned a unique 7-digit alphanumeric “Awards PIN” by the SAG Awards. This Awards PIN must be used as a login for digital screeners unless a static password is used for all members. A list of PINs will be provided once the platform is approved and your company have completed a
SAG Awards Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS - Closed captioning is required on all titles and episodes without exception. Audio Description is highly encouraged during the pre-nom period and required for final voting. Lack of these accessibility features will result in a delay in giving access to voters.
E-BLAST & NOM COMM WEBSITE - Nom Comm members will be notified of digital screeners via E-Blast. Digital Screener Notification E-Blasts will be sent for each TV network/streamer site. Links to all digital screeners will live on the Nom Comm private website for reference.
