Ga: ~30 min workouts, home/minimum equipment required for training (stability and/or bench, dumbbells and/or kettlebells, glute bands), for beg lifters.
First 4 week training block will be a 3 day training split
Second 4 week training block will be a 3 day training split with an optional 4th training day.
Ga+: ~45 min workouts, gym access required, for beg-intermediate lifters.
First 4 week training block will be a 3 day training split
Second 4 week training block will be a 3 day training split with an optional 4th training day.
Vip: 45 min-1hour workouts, gym access required, for intermediate-advanced lifters.
First 4 week training block will be a 4 day training split
Second 4 week training block will be a 4 day training split with an optional 5th training day.
