Cecil Manor Elementary Paper Copy of Learning Materials Survey
Hello CMES Families,

In an effort to be prepared to provide instruction to students who do not have access to technology or the internet, we are attempting to identify students who need access to paper resources. Please complete this survey ONLY IF YOU NEED A PAPER COPY of the learning materials.

** If your child has an IEP it is important that you indicate that by clicking the box labeled "Yes" under the question "Does your child have an IEP?"

** If your child has a 504 plan it is important that you indicate that by clicking the box labeled "Yes" under the question "Does your child have a 504 plan?"

For those of you having difficulty accessing the survey, please email school administration directly and they will provide you with assistance. Finally, if you do not have internet access to complete this survey, please call Cecil Manor Elementary School, 410-996-5090,  and leave a message that includes your name, grade, if your child has an IEP or 504 plan and your need for a paper copy of learning materials.
