To participate in crew, you must be in the 7th-12th grade.

Crew members must be available for the following dates:

Crew Parent Meeting:
Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 5:30pm
(If you are unable to attend the meeting, you and a parent must schedule a time to meet with SYT staff directly)

Crew Training:
Thursday, April 2, 2020 from 5:30-8:00pm (MANDATORY)
(It is very important that all crew members are able to attend this training. Makeup dates for training are very difficult to schedule and will be avoided at all costs.)

Set Builds:
Saturday, March 28, from 10am-4pm (Optional)

Additional Optional Set Build Days:
Monday, March 30, from 10am-4pm
Tuesday, March 31, from 10am-4pm
Wednesday, April 1, from 10am-4pm

Load-in:
Saturday, April 4, 2020 from 10am-4pm (MANDATORY)

If you are unable to attend load-in, you may be allowed to make up those hours during production week within reason.

Production Week:
Sunday, April 5, 2020 from 2-9pm
Monday, April 6, 2020 from 5-9pm
Tuesday, April 7, 2020 from 5-9pm

School Performances (must miss school these days):
Wednesday, April 8, 2020, 9:30am, 11am & 12:30pm
Thursday, April 9, 2020, 9:30am, 11 am & 12:30pm

Public Performances:
Friday, April 10, 2020 at 4:30pm & 7:00pm
Saturday, April 11, 2020 at 2:00pm

Strike:
Immediately following the last public performance (April 11, 2020)

Certain productions require more crew members than others. We are limited to 7-10 spots for this production. Factors such as availability, seniority, number of shows participated in this season, first time kids interested and statement on application must be considered. The SYT Director makes the decision on who will crew this production. If you are not chosen to crew for this production, please keep auditioning and please keep signing up for crew!

If you have been chosen to crew, you will be contacted at the email you list below by Friday, March 13, 2020 after 12pm!
