2024 Term 2: Student Concert & Adult Soiree Concert Registration. 
Our term student concert series is an opportunity for students to perform for an appreciative audience where the musical experience is paramount. This is not a compulsory event.   
We have an adult only concert for students 18+ in the evening. 
Tertiary aged students are welcome to perform in the day time or evening concerts.

There will be a series of concerts that offer a performance opportunity for CC Conservatorium 1:1 students, CCCM Schools Program 1:1 students and CCCM small ensembles.
 
Concert 1:              12 - 1:30pm with accompanist 
Concert 2:              2:00 - 3:30pm Strings Ensemble Concert
Concert 3:              4:00 - 5:30pm with accompanist
Adult Student Soiree Concert (18+) : 7:00pm with accompanist 

Once registered for the performance please book a rehearsal with your accompanist.  Accompanist details will be confirmed at least 1 month prior.

There will be no fee for the soundcheck or the accompanied performance on the concert day.

Performers are asked to perform 1 piece of music with accompaniment (piano students may perform an unaccompanied solo piece).

Pieces must be 3 - 4 minutes max for juniors and 4 - 10 minutes (approx) for seniors.

Please be aware that there will be no accompaniment fee for the performance however, students performing with accompaniment must organise and pay for a rehearsal with the accompanist.

There will be no fee for the soundcheck or the accompanied performance on the concert day.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

*Make sure you have bring a copy of music for the accompanist if you are using one* 

**On a concert day please try to have the students arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the concert to ensure that they are warmed up and ready to perform.  Students can sit in the hall with you or warm up in a rehearsal space if they choose.  

 

PLEASE BRING:  

The student sheet music (if needed) folder organised in page order. 

Please have the student name somewhere inside the folder or on the first page of the music so we can return the folder if it gets left behind. 

Performance order will be provided on the day.

 

DRESS CODE: 

Concert /Performance attire is expected to be an elegant/classy outfit that you feel good in. 

Above all, allow for comfort and freedom of movement for the best possible performance.
