2024 Rendezvous Vendor Booth Application
Vendor Fair, July 11-14, 2024
Set Up: Wednesday July 10th, 2024

This is Step 2. Be sure to get Step 1 and sign your waiver. The payment is in Step 5


Please review the floor plan for booth spaces. please pick your top 3 preferences from this space and we will do our best to get you the spot you are asking for. We do reserve spots on a first come first served basis.

Booth pricing:
10x10 Booth: $250
10x10 Corner Booth $300
10x10 Food Vendor $300
30x10 Food Trailer $900

Additional $150 for electricity for food vendors only
Water is available for tank filling but * not * a constant flow/hose.

25% discount for Sublette County Residents

PLEASE NOTE: Booth is not reserved until payment has been received and confirmed. Waiver must be included with this application.

This is an application and not an automatic guarantee your organization will be selected. If your organization is not selected, refunds will be made.

Booth fee is for space only, vendor is responsible for tables, awnings, displays, etc.
