ALL REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING, USING THIS FORM.

The Museum will be open 7 Days a Week for summer hours starting after Memorial Day. Our hours are Monday – Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 1-5. We are open to serve any groups during the summer months and those hours. Classes, Live Animals, and Lunches are not available during summer months and visitation starts at 10:00 AM. The Science Museum of Western Virginia is open for school groups, daycare groups, and homeschool groups Tuesday-Friday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM during the school year. Exhibits, Museum classes, and labs are available for scheduled groups during these hours.
• You must reserve in advance in order to receive the group rate.
• You must have 15 participates to receive a group rate.
• We require 1 Chaperone for every 10 Students (they will be free), 2 Free Chaperones with Pre-K
Age Students.
• Additional adults pay the group rate of $8.50 each that must be included with the group
payment
• You have a reservation only if you have received a confirmation by email.
• Exhibits with Garden – K and Up $8.50, Pre-K $6.50, $3.50 Additional Classes and Programs
