Filipino Food Week 2023
A CELEBRATION OF FILIPINO FOOD AND CULTURE.
JUNE 20-26, 2023
For one week, partner restaurants and chefs will feature Filipino food and/or drinks as part of their menu.

THEME: PULUTAN (bar food or any food paired with beer or liquor)
This year, we invite participating restaurants to create a dish or drink under the theme "pulutan"  which will highlight the creative and delicious food offerings of the Philippines, which is ubiquitous to its drinking culture.

ORGANIZERS:
This event is spearheaded by the Philippine Consulate General of Honolulu, with the support of the Philippine Trade and Investment Center - Los Angeles.

WAYS TO PARTICIPATE:
Your restaurant/chef may participate by either featuring a “pulutan” and/or a Filipino-themed cocktail during FFW 2023. The special menu items or drinks may be served ala carte or as part of a special offering  for lunch, dinner, happy hour or other combination.

FILIPINO FOOD WEEK GUIDELINES:
1. The Filipino Food Week (FFW) will run from June 20-26, 2023.
2. FFW is open for participation to chefs or restaurants in Hawaii and American Samoa.
3. FFW welcomes restaurant pop-ups in coordination with local chefs and venues.
4. Participating restaurants/chefs will be asked to create special offerings during FFW, which may be offered for lunch, dinner, snacks, happy hour or any combination at the option of the participating establishments.
5. Participating restaurants/chefs are given the flexibility to come up with innovative menus, including the option to include drinks in the price, offer kamayan, or set meals.
6. At least one of the food items in the menu (either appetizer, pupus, main course, dessert, or drink) shall satisfy the theme for this year's FFW.
7. For purposes of producing the promotion materials, the participating restaurants/chef shall provide the Philippine Consulate General with information on the restaurant, including photos, the dishes/meals prepared and days they are offered, price, and information on how to book a table.
8. Participating establishments consent to being featured in all promotional activities related to FFW 2023. 
9. Participating restaurants are welcome to provide door prizes to help promote their establishment and Filipino Food Week special/s.

DEADLINE:
Deadline of online submission of this form to confirm participation in FFW 2023 is on 29 May 2023.
