**A Micro:bit of Coding for Teens**
Saturday, 1 to 2pm, May 8th and 15th
In this 2-week coding workshop for ages 12-18, we will program the Micro:bit microprocessor, which participants will receive for free. In part 1, we will re-create the classic "snake" game on the device's LED display, and in part 2, we will make the device into a musical instrument that responds to light, acceleration, and shaking. **No coding experience is needed.** Meetings will be held on the Pratt Teens Discord server.
*You will need access to a tablet or computer and a web connection. (Coding on a phone is not recommended.) Chromebooks, tablets, and hotspots are available for checkout from the library.*
