Taylor's International Student Society is collaborating with Taylor's Girl Up & Taylor's Connect to carry out an assertiveness and mindfulness workshop that will be conducted by our guest speaker, Miss Petrina Eger. We believe that in order to have a healthy mental state, assertiveness and mindfulness could be cultivated in students’ life as it brings many benefits especially in helping us make daily life decisions.
This workshop will be covering many key contents based on these habits such as:
● What is meant by being assertive and mindful?
● Benefits of cultivating assertiveness and mindfulness in our daily lifestyle
● Ways to instill assertiveness and mindfulness in our daily lifestyle
● Sharing session / Q&A session
